Week #6 on Nutrisystem! #NSNation

Holla!! I just couldn't help myself there! Sorry

Last week I busted my bootay! And it payed off. I kept away from fast food { even if I told myself that a smaller amount would be ok, it ISN'T! }, drank all of my water and then some and really followed the program to a T!


Ate my Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Nutrisystem and ate my snacks the way I should.

I also have been trying to exercise, and by exercise I mean do more yard work! haha!

Seriously we have been putting up a swing set, cutting down trees, planting, weeding, getting our yard into shape and my body is feeling the burn!

I am hoping that by next weeks post I will be able to say that I hit the 10lb lost mark! It's not far way and if I keep on track I WILL get there!

This week I lost 1.5 lbs!! I am so EXCITED that I am almost 10lbs lighter. I have to say that I honestly feel like a new me already!!
